\ud83d\udccdOn June 4, the main annual event of the construction and architectural sector \u2014 the 4th Ukrainian Construction Congress<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 took place at the Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center.<\/span><\/p>

The Congress<\/strong> became a space of equal opportunities \u2014 bringing together<\/strong> 4,306 guests<\/strong>, from major developers to young professionals. Open participation, access to technologies and knowledge, and barrier-free dialogue \u2014 this kind of democratization is shaping a new industry culture. Most importantly, it encourages cooperation among clusters, experts, IT companies, and universities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Particular attention<\/strong> was given to topics that are especially relevant in today\u2019s context, such as modern technologies<\/strong> in communities for shaping a vision of their future, industrial development in industrial parks, housing policy in the context of European integration, and construction in the energy sector.<\/p>

\ud83d\udcdd\u00a0The first panel discussion, “The Future is Born in Communities: Technologies and Investments in Sustainable Economic Development”<\/strong>, <\/em>organized by the Mayors’ Club of Ukraine \u2014 in particular, Yuriy Fomichev<\/strong> (Mayor of Slavutych and Vice President of the Mayors’ Club) \u2014 was held in the large CHASHA hall <\/em>at the Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center.<\/p>

During the business dialogue between Henry Shterenberg<\/strong>, founder and CEO of EoTU Inc.; Olha Velychko<\/strong>, Deputy Mayor of Poltava; Maksim Synyavin<\/strong>, Deputy Mayor of Trostianets; Serhiy Hirchak<\/strong>, Deputy Mayor of Ternopil; and Liudmyla Prokopechko<\/strong>, Head of Dobroslavska Community, several key aspects were addressed:<\/p>

  • The UkraineVerse project as a technological innovation for community infrastructure development<\/strong><\/span><\/li>
  • The role of digital technologies in improving residents’ quality of life<\/strong><\/span><\/li>
  • Attracting investment into community-level technological projects<\/strong><\/span><\/li>
  • International experience in implementing innovations and technologies for community development<\/strong><\/span><\/li>
  • Application of digital twin technologies in community recovery processes<\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    A wonderful conclusion to the discussion was the presentation by Liudmyla Prokopechko<\/strong>, Head of the Dobroslavska Community, who introduced a dream project for community development \u2014 the “Rose Fairy Tale”<\/em><\/strong>. Why this particular project? The answer is simple \u2014 the community is home to nearly 100 businesses and farms specializing in rose cultivation! The implementation of such a project, which could even surpass the famous Keukenhof tulip park in the Netherlands, would transform the community into a powerful tourist and economic magnet.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

It focused on highlighting original approaches to building an effective mechanism for developing the economic potential not only of individual communities but also of the entire country.<\/p>
