What Is the Spain-Ukraine AgriGrowth Mission 2026?

This is a specialized international mission that will connect Ukrainian producers and exporters with representatives of Spain’s agribusiness sector, technology companies, importers, distributors and retail chains.

September 28 – October 8, 2026, participants will visit three key hubs of Spain’s agri-food sector:

  • Huelva – one of Europe’s leading berry-producing regions and a major berry-exporting hub;
  • Murcia – a major center for vegetable production, greenhouse technologies, and agri-tech;
  • Madrid – international B2B meetings and participation in Fruit Attraction 2026, one of the leading international trade fairs for the fruit and vegetable sector.

Why Is This Mission Particularly Important Right Now? 🇺🇦🇪🇸

Economic relations between Ukraine and Spain are developing rapidly. Recent agreements between the two countries are creating new practical opportunities for both Ukrainian and Spanish businesses.

On July 16, 2026, Ukraine and Spain officially announced financial and insurance support for Ukrainian projects totaling €570 million. The First Deputy Prime Minister of Spain arrived in Kyiv together with a delegation of around 50 Spanish companies to discuss investment projects and the involvement of Spanish businesses in Ukraine’s reconstruction. This makes the third Spain-Ukraine AgriGrowth Mission 2026 particularly timely. Now is the right time to meet directly with Spanish companies, potential buyers, technology partners, and investors – and to turn bilateral agreements into concrete business projects.

Who Is This Info Session For?

The session will be particularly relevant for:

  • berry, fruit and vegetable producers;
  • leafy greens and salad crop producers;
  • horticultural farms;
  • companies working with greenhouse technologies;
  • agri-food exporters;
  • agri-tech manufacturers and suppliers;
  • companies specializing in irrigation, fertigation and automation;
  • manufacturers of packaging, sorting and post-harvest equipment;
  • logistics and cold-chain operators;
  • municipalities interested in international economic cooperation and the development of the agricultural sector.

What Will We Discuss During the Info Session?

Participants will learn:

  • what the Spain-Ukraine AgriGrowth Mission 2026 program will look like;
  • which companies and technology providers are planned to be visited in Huelva and Murcia;
  • how B2B meetings with Spanish importers, distributors and retail chains will be organized;
  • how to use participation in Fruit Attraction 2026 to find international partners;
  • which Ukrainian products and technologies may be of interest to the Spanish market;
  • what opportunities are available for exports and international cooperation;
  • what financing and support programs are available for Ukrainian agribusinesses;
  • what participation options are available for the mission and what each package includes.

Three Regions - One Market Entry Strategy

The mission is built around more than just the trade fair.

  • Huelva – an opportunity to explore large-scale berry production and meet cooperatives, exporters, packaging companies, and logistics operators.
  • Murcia – an opportunity to discover advanced technologies in greenhouse production, irrigation, fertigation, automation, sorting, and post-harvest processing.
  • Madrid – international B2B meetings and participation in Fruit Attraction 2026.

This gives participants the opportunity to explore the full journey – production → technology → logistics → market → potential partner — within a single international program.

Why Join the Info Session?

The session will help you understand whether the mission aligns with your export and business goals, which participation format is best suited to your company, and how to prepare effectively for B2B meetings.
