Overview:
For more than three years since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Ukraine has been demonstrating to the entire world that national unity and genuine love for one’s homeland can stand against even the most insidious aggressor. This period has become a true test of resilience, constantly challenging Ukrainians to prove their determination to fight for independence.
Today’s realities urge us to work even harder on expanding opportunities for the rapid economic recovery of our country – first and foremost, of local communities, which are to form the strong foundation of a cohesive national framework. The Mayors’ Club, together with its strategic partner Economy of Trust Ukraine, tirelessly assists Ukrainian communities in enhancing their investment attractiveness to engage foreign partners. However, this process cannot be effective without the development and implementation of forward-looking and, most importantly, well-prepared projects capable of becoming drivers of economic growth.
To achieve this goal, the II All-Ukrainian Summit of Mayors will be held on November 20-21, 2025, continuing the open and practical dialogue that began a year earlier during the first summit. This year, it will launch the international initiative Global Congress – a platform uniting Ukrainian and international stakeholders at various levels with one common goal: to build pathways and mechanisms for the implementation of projects aimed at the recovery and development of Ukraine.
Given our previous experience, we have no doubt that the II All-Ukrainian Summit of Mayors and the Global Congress initiative will become an effective platform for enhancing cooperation among community leaders – representing local self-government, business, and international partners – in their joint efforts to improve the quality of life for Ukrainians.
Core priority
Therefore, our task is to create an interactive space for developing a comprehensive strategy aimed at strengthening regional leadership and enhancing cooperation among municipalities, business representatives, international partners, and civil society organizations – all to reinforce a system of effective collaboration and partnership.
The main focus areas will include:
- Innovative solutions for community development: international experience and Ukrainian opportunities
- Economic diplomacy: partnerships, investments, and trust
- New tools for attracting foreign investment: presentation of The Global Congress – Economy of Trust Ukraine, Mayors’ Club Ukraine, and MENA International initiative
- Grant and investment programs for 2025–2026
- Key principles of international cooperation: a conceptual framework for supporting communities through business organizations
- Public–private and inter-municipal partnerships as drivers of sustainable economic growth
- Data center construction: first steps toward the digitalization of communities combined with innovative heating system solutions
- Agro Food Hub in the MENA region and Agro-Industrial Parks in Ukraine: new opportunities for regional transformation
- Educational programs of Ukrainian universities in agribusiness and international trade
- Physiological and psychological rehabilitation of veterans in the context of Ukrainian realities, and reintegration through art
It is worth noting that one of the key highlights of the II All-Ukrainian Summit of Mayors will be the official award ceremony honoring the participants and winners of the “Best Community Leader of Ukraine 2025” competition. The Global Impact of Solidarity Awards will also take place during the summit, honoring international charitable and humanitarian organizations that actively support Ukraine.
This event represents a unique opportunity for all participants to work together on shaping a future built upon unity, shared efforts, and common goals aimed at the recovery and renewal of our country.
