Overview:
The Second International Trade Mission REBIRTH OF UKRAINE to Ukraine will be held from 1 to 8 of June, 2025. You have the opportunity to get a unique opportunity with quality support and access to key contacts in Ukraine. The most important thing is that you get strategic meetings with key people according to your needs. Starting from the Western part of Ukraine, through Kyiv as a business and political center, and to the Central region – one of the most promising for development. The event will culminate in The Central Ukrainian Forum where you will be able to expand your network, meet business and government representatives, and participate in governmental meetings in Kyiv. This is your chance to strengthen your position in the Ukrainian market and reach a new level of cooperation.
The program includes many activities including:
🔹 Engaging with local municipal leaders, business decision-makers, and potential strategic partners Introducing your company, products, or services across industries
🔹 Sharing knowledge and experiences with us counterparts
🔹 Engaging in relevant investment and business development projects with local government and business leaders
🔹 Discussing relevant investment, business development and rebuilding Ukraine topics
Focus industries for this mission: sustainable industrial base, construction, green energy, IT & High Tech, agriculture & agro processing, rehabilitation, education.
PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE OF THE MISSION
The schedule is currently under development and will be finalized with all members of the international delegation to process everyone’s wishes. We can accommodate personal requests till May 10.
Members of the international delegation will be picked up as part of an organized group (or individually) in Warsaw on May 31 (to travel by train) or June 1 (to travel by bus/van) and after an exciting business trip to Ukraine, they will be brought back to Warsaw on June 8. The recommended day of arrival in Warsaw is May 31.
The mission comprises three key components over several days:
✔️ Site Visit Day – Industrial Infrastructure Partner Experience, Lviv+Lviv region (June 1-2)
On the first day after arrival in Ukraine, participants will have a unique opportunity to visit and engage with one of our partners, a registered, active, and successful industrial park in the Lviv region.
Activities will include a sightseeing tour, lunch, and business meetings with presentations.
✔️ Kyiv -The Capital of Ukraine -a must-visit! (June 3-4)
During the visit to the capital, we will organize key meetings with the regional and central government authorities, trade and industry sector associations, etc. depending on the needs and requests of the delegation members.
✔️ The Central Ukrainian Forum, Poltava & Kropyvnytskyi (June 5-6)
The Central Ukrainian Forum will be a key event of the second international Trade Mission to Ukraine “REBIRTH OF UKRAINE” in the context of the revival and economic recovery of Ukraine. Number of participants – up to 300.
This event is a dynamic exchange of ideas, tools and experience aimed at forming concrete solutions for the recovery and economic development of communities.
The event will bring together key stakeholders of the Central region, including mayors, representatives of local communities, associations, business unions, and leading companies. The main goal is to discuss the strategic development of the region, identify priority areas for cooperation and investment attraction.
This forum will become a catalyst for quality development projects, where speakers and participants interact and form roadmaps to quality recovery projects and innovative approaches to community development.
The Central Ukrainian Forum aims to create a platform for effective cooperation and development of strategic initiatives that will contribute to the sustainable growth and modernization of Ukrainian cities.
The key parts of the Forum will be:
✔️ The Central Ukrainian Forum will bring together participants to discuss the development of the central region of Ukraine as a heart of Ukraine.
At the event, participants will have the opportunity to discuss with international experts and colleagues the three most relevant levers of local economic development:
✅ Innovation & Digital Transformation – The role of technology, digitalization, and high-tech industries in driving economic growth, increasing competitiveness, and creating new business opportunities.
✅ Sustainable Development & Green Economy – Approaches to balancing economic growth with environmental responsibility, focusing on renewable energy, circular economy practices, and resilient urban planning.
✅ Investment Attraction & Business Climate – Strategies for fostering a favorable environment for both local and international investors, including regulatory frameworks, incentives, and infrastructure development.
✔️ Pitch sessions of community and business projects
The Forum platform will be a unique opportunity for communities and businesses to practice their presentation and project pitches! A short speech and the right slides with key information are the key to attracting the necessary attention at all international events. And only experience can teach you to talk about the main thing and present only the main thing.
✔️ Field Trips – June 2-7, 2025
The field trips offer a unique opportunity to delve into the core of successful municipalities and enterprises. Attendees will hear success stories and development insights directly from top managers who have overseen processes from inception. This experience is designed to inspire with the scale of business achievements and provide invaluable knowledge and experience. Entrepreneurs will gain insights to strengthen their own businesses, explore development paths, and establish important business contacts.
