UA-FI Economic Recovery Business Forum
Overview:
On May 7, 2026, the UA-FI Economic Recovery Business Forum – the key event of the Trade Mission REBIRTH OF UKRAINE to Finland, which will take place in Helsinki (Finland) from May 6 to 9, 2026. Organized by the Economy of Trust Ukraine, SWECO and Business Finland, together with the Mayors’ Club and Ukrainian Municipal Economic Development Agency (UMEDA), Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Latvia and Trade House «Ukraina» in Riga in partnership with ALLE FOOD UA, NAZOVNI, Regional Development Agency of Odessa region and Regional Development Agency of Kyiv region, this mission is supported by numerous partners, associations, organizations, and government institutions.
This trade mission focuses on actionable solutions for Ukraine’s economic recovery, connecting local officials with Finnish counterparts through mutually beneficial partnership.
The Ukrainian delegation will include decision makers from all of Ukraine – 20-25 mayors and representatives of Ukrainian municipalities, up to 30 Ukrainian business representatives, representatives of agencies, associations and government bodies.
The UA-FI Economic Recovery Business Forum will serve as a unique platform for presenting investment projects, discussing public-private partnership opportunities and reinforcing economic ties between our countries. It is an unprecedented opportunity for Finnish businesses and investors to explore new collaboration prospects with Ukrainian municipalities and enterprises committed to mutual growth.

Infrastructure
Construction of shelters, industrial parks and base, waste management and heating, social infrastructure. Target group of participants: Construction companies and developers, engineering and design bureaus, building materials manufacturers, representatives of city authorities, infrastructure investment funds
Energy Sector
Alternative energy, decentralized generation, energy storage solutions, and the implementation of clean and resource-efficient technologies. Among the speakers at the business forum will be the CEO and members of the Advisory Board of Economy of Trust Ukraine, the CEO of SWECO Finland, the Director of Business Finland, representatives of the Embassies of Ukraine in Finland and Estonia, government agencies, associations, financial institutions, Ukrainian mayors and business leaders, as well as representatives of leading Finnish companies in sectors relevant to the key themes of the business forum.
