On January 10, 2025, the Mayors’ Club, UMEDA Development Agency and the AUU Analytical Center signed a memorandum of cooperation. This event was an important step in consolidating efforts to rebuild and develop Ukraine’s agricultural sector.

The Agrarian Union of Ukraine is an organization with more than 50 years of history, which is an example of endurance and professionalism in the face of market transformation. Despite the challenges, the AUU remains committed to civilized business practices, ensures moderation of approaches and resists aggression. Even during the war, the organization was able to preserve its values, which will now become the basis for reconstruction. One of the important activities of the AUU is to create infrastructure for the recovery of enterprises. Since the summer of 2023, the organization has been monitoring opportunities for business support, including state aid programs, bank loans, and international grants.

The signing of the memorandum opens up new opportunities for cooperation between the Mayors’ Club, UMEDA, and the AUU. We are ready to work together to find solutions to restore the agricultural sector, introduce innovative approaches and attract international financing.
