Trade-Mission Objectives:

Trade Mission Program
Helsinki (Finland)
📍May 6 – Arrival in Helsinki
- Arrival and transfer to the hotel (address)
- Welcome networking evening
- Objective: introduction of participants, exchange of contacts, and preparation for the official program.
📍May 7 – Official Day
UA-FI Economic Recovery Business Forum
Within the framework of the Global Forum «REBIRTH UKRAINE», the «REBIRTH UKRAINE EXPORT-IMPORT» Platform will operate.
Time: 09:00 – 16:00
Program:
- Pitch sessions by Ukrainian and Finnish participants from the food industry sector
- Exhibition and tasting area for meetings between Ukrainian producers and local retail chains, distributors for industry, and the HoReCa sector
- Presentations and tastings of Ukrainian food products for retail and HoReCa
- B2B matchmaking sessions for producers of ingredients and ready-to-consume products
📍May 8 — Company and Distributor Visits
- Organized visits to leading Finnish companies and distributors
- Conclusion of the Helsinki program

The selection of companies for visits will depend on the final list of participating companies. The main pool of companies is expected to be confirmed by April 1. Visits may be organized with distributors, importers, and food processing companies. Most retail chains in Finland (such as S Group, Kesko, and others) operate through large distributors and importers. Therefore, access to these companies through the established networks of Prescott, Eurofoods, and other distributors significantly facilitates entry to supermarket shelves.
