Memorandums of Cooperation have been signed
between the Kyiv Regional Development Agency,
the Mayors' Club, and the UMEDA Development Agency.
On November 8, as part of the All-Ukrainian Mayors’ Summit, an event took place that will strengthen the development of communities in the Kyiv region. The Kyiv Regional Development Agency, the Mayors Club, and the UMEDA Development Agency signed Memorandums of Cooperation, which we hope will serve as a powerful catalyst for economic growth and improved quality of life for the region’s residents.
During the signing ceremony, Yuliya Chufistova, Member of the Presidium of the Mayors’ Club and CEO of the UMEDA Development Agency, Volodymyr Udovychenko, President of the Mayors’ Club, and Vitalii Rusanov, CEO of the Kyiv Regional Development Agency, emphasized the significance of this cooperation for the region’s future. They highlighted that this event exemplifies how government, business, civil society, and international partners can unite their efforts toward a shared goal—developing the regional economy, creating favorable conditions for business growth, and attracting investments.
The Kyiv Regional Development Agency, established in May 2018, serves as a unique platform uniting the region’s leading government bodies and organizations. Its founders include the Kyiv Regional State Administration, the Kyiv Regional Council, the Kyiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the NGO “Society of Researchers of Ukraine,” and Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University.
The signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation is not merely a formality but a true breakthrough on the path to realizing ambitious plans for the region’s development. This partnership will become a powerful engine driving Kyiv Oblast forward, overcoming challenges and opening new horizons for businesses, investors, and citizens.
By combining efforts, experience, and expertise, the Mayors’ Club, the UMEDA Development Agency, and the Kyiv Regional Development Agency will achieve remarkable success, transforming the region into a genuine economic and social hub of Ukraine.
Notably, immediately following the summit, the Kyiv Regional Military Administration hosted the first practical meeting within the framework of the inaugural international Trade Mission “REBIRTH OF UKRAINE.” This meeting brought together members of the international delegation, the Director of the Kyiv Regional Development Agency, and representatives of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.
